Nancy Stacer

Of Vassar died Thursday January 3, 2008 at Covenant Health Care-Cooper in Saginaw. Nancy was born July 27, 1922 in Detroit the daughter of John and Jean (Dutch) Rigg. She was the wife of Mac L. Stacer who preceded her in death in 1988. Nancy was a graduate of Vassar High School. She enjoyed golf, bridge and spending time with her family. Surviving are her children; Bruce (Susan) Stacer of Frankenmuth, Jacky (Larry) Bader of Vassar, Sally (Paul) Hagadorn of Vassar, Pam Thomas of Vassar; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 brother Joe (Dee) Rigg; sisters-in-law June Rigg, Lora Beidler, and Delores Rigg; many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Mac L., and 2 brothers Jack and Bob Rigg. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2008 at Martin Funeral Home in Vassar with Reverend John Becker officiating. Family will receive friends Monday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the Riverside Cemetery.
