Age 52, of Clio, died at home Wednesday, April 22, 2020, surrounded by his family. In accordance with Michael’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, July 18, 2020, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Roy Horning to officiate. The family will be present to receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family. Michael was born on August 27, 1967, in Flint, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Kathleen (Dyer) Quinn. Michael graduated from Eastern High School in Lansing, with the class of 1986. Michael relocated to Florida. An avid Disney fan, Michael could often be found at his favorite place, Disney World. Michael was a huge fan of Mickey Mouse and Spiderman. Michael also enjoyed spending time with his grandparents Up North in Hershey. He spent many summers with them. Passionate about the Boy Scouts, Michael was actively involved with his nephews, taking them to their meetings and outings. Michael also enjoyed shooting pool and spending time with his beloved family. Always the life of the party, Michael was a wonderful storyteller, he had a contagious laugh and was a shining light to his family and friends. He will be forever missed by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memory are his mother: Kathleen and husband, Donald (Killingbeck) Quinn; sisters: Michelle and husband, Clyde Davis, Marlene and husband, Jamie Ryan; nephews: Steven and wife Sarah Wiece, Thomas Davis, John Bull; nieces: Shelby Bull, Lena Bywater, Ashley Ryan; aunts: Ellen Allen, Ann O’Brian, Darlene and husband, Dick Coulter; step-sister: Treasure Downs; step-brothers: Donald and wife, Becky Killingbeck, Jr., John Killingbeck, Michael Killingbeck, Pat Killingbeck, Guy and wife, Marie Rock, Leo Rock and many cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his father: Robert; brother: Robby; grandparents: Joseph and Evelyn Quinn and Elizabeth and Matthew Dyer; aunts: Jane Hilton and Nadine Bryan.
