Age 60, of Millington, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019, at her home with her family by her side. In accordance with Mary's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Mary's life will be held on Sunday, March 10, 2019, at Vassar Victory Center at 2:00. For more information, please contact John directly. In lieu of flowers, please consider sending perennials to the family or monetary donations for Mary's memorial garden around her pond at home. Donations are to be made to Vassar Victory Center. Envelopes are available at the church. Mary was born in Brooksville, Florida, on February 13, 1959, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth K. and Mary Louise (Huffman) Kindermann. She graduated from Troy High School, with the class of 1977. She married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, John Stack on August 12, 1977. She was the owner of In His Eyes Photography in Millington/ Burton from 1999 until her retirement in 2011. Mary was a gifted photographer who mentored many others in photography and graphic arts. She was an encourager to many, a lover of people, and full of life. She lived her life as a lioness for the Lord who called her “Modesta Soya" (the modest one) and was a longtime member of the Vassar Victory Center. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, John; two sons: Kenneth John Stack, Daniel Patrick and wife, Robin Stack, and daughter, Kimberly Sue and husband, Mark Bennett; seven grandchildren: Elijah John Stack, David Kenneth Stack, Mercedee Ann Bennett, Mason Glenn Stack, Mckenzee Lynn Bennett, Makaylee Grace Bennett, and Franklin John Stack; sister, Robyn and husband, Robert Farley; mother-in-love, Sophie Stack; special friend, Lynette Denome and many other family members and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Karen Kay (Roger) Hoppers.
