MARKER, Linda L.\ Fairgrove, Michigan\ \ Age 58, went to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ on November 25, 2006. She died at her residence. Linda was born March 10, 1948 in Cass City the daughter of Alfred Seeley and Dorothy (Stoutenburg) Kain. She graduated from Cass City High School in 1966. She married Howard A. Salgat October 19, 1968 in Cass City. He preceded her in death in 1984. Linda married Fred J. Marker September 18, 1994 in Las Vegas. She was a member of Trinity St. James Lutheran Church in Munger. Linda enjoyed horse-back riding, boating, fishing, quilting, cross-stitching, reading, puzzles and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a loving and dedicated daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.\ \ Surviving are her husband, Fred Marker of Fairgrove,\ children, Wendy (Tony) Streeter of Fairgrove,\ Dawn (Dennis) Prueter of Reese,\ Jennifer (Regi) Parsons of Bay City,\ grandchildren, Taylor Streeter, Samantha and Danielle Prueter, Michael Rayl, Aaron \ Parsons,\ mother, Dorothy Kain of Valrico, Florida,\ sister, Brenda (William) Dutch of Valrico, Florida,\ mother and father-in-law, James and Dee Marker of Munger,\ brother and sisters-in-law, Janice (Al) Wheeler, \ Laura (Randy) Poirier,\ James Marker, Jr.,\ stepchildren, Jeremy (Laura) Marker,\ Yvonne Powell,\ Keith (Rebecca) Marker,\ Vicki (Mark) Gammett, \ 16 step-grandchildren, Anthony, Craig, Brooke, Taylor, Austin, Braydon, Eon, Noah, \ Abigail, Keely, Areial, Kristian, Karissa, Kayden, Jaime, and Ben,\ special friends, Sally Kantola,\ Ellen Greenia,\ Christine Shaw,\ And Jim Rayl,\ and many nieces, nephews and friends.\ \ Linda was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Seeley, grandparents, Jay and Hazel Stoutenburg.\ \ Funeral services will take place 11:00am, Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at the Trinity St. James Lutheran Church in Munger. Pastor Theodore Voll will officiate with cremation to follow. The family will receive friends at the Martin Funeral Home in Fairgrove on Monday from 2:00pm to 9:00pm and on Tuesday at the church from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Memorials may be directed to Trinity St. James Lutheran Church. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church.
