Lillian Cox

Of Mt. Morris, age 69, died Monday, April 15, 2013 at her home. At the family's request, cremation has taken place. A Life Celebration will be scheduled at a later date. Lillian was born November 7, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hudson and Margaret (Johnson) Davis. She and Franklin were united in marriage on December 30, 1964. She enjoyed working with her friends in the cafeteria at Lake Orion Assembly Plant for 22 years. In her free time she loved being with her family and friends, doing arts and crafts, going to garage sales, and spending time with her cats. She also enjoyed taking her children's money while playing poker. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Franklin Delano Cox; children, Franklin Jr. and wife, Renee Cox, Michael and wife, Laura Cox, Margaret and husband, Darrin Bradley; grandchildren,Mindy, Greg Jr., Bradley, Eli, Nathan, Katrina, Patrick, Katie and Annie; brother,Donald Davis; and many other family members and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents; son,William; and sister, Dorothy Mathis.
