Age 75, of Mount Morris, died Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Hurley Medical Center. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services-Genesee Twp. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 6, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, and on Saturday from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Larry’s memory to his family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Mr. Wildey was born February 23, 1941 in Flint, to the late Mr. & Mrs. William and Minerva (Beach) Wildey. He married Valeta “Pat” Norman on October 7, 2000. Larry is a Past President of the Flint Eagles Aerie #629, and the Eagles Auto City Aerie 3485. Larry enjoyed watching westerns, being a general handy man, fishing and being a part of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Organization. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Valeta Patricia (Norman) Wildey; six daughters: Lynn Furness, June Long, Beverly Lynn, Linda Riskovich, Dee Dee Wildey, and Michelle Bertram; three sons: Larry Wildey Jr, Anthony Norman, and Jonathan Norman; 30 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; two sisters: Myra Daniels, and Gloria French; two sisters-in-law: Rose Nichols, and Karen Sue Westfall; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Scott Wildey, son-in law, Rod Riskovich, two sisters: Coralee Dean and Betty Loosey, three brothers: Bruce Wildey, Bud Wildey and Wayne Wildey, and sister-in-law, Julie Norman.
