Kristie Fry

Age 27, of Vassar, died unexpectedly as a result of an accident, on Saturday, October 19, 2019, in Vassar. A funeral service will take place at 3:00 pm, Monday, October 28, 2019, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Vassar. Kristie’s family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Memorial donations may be directed to the family. Kristie was born April 16, 1992, in Saginaw, the daughter of Erik and Margaret (Pederson) Fry. Growing up in Vassar, she was educated locally. Kristie would continue her education, earning a degree as a medical assistant. She has worked in the medical field for several years, most recently, caring for her sister. Kristie enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball, fishing, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies. Kristie leaves to cherish her memory her parents: Erik Fry and Margaret Fry; sister, Kathryn Fry; nephews: Jeffrey and Logan McCombs; boyfriend, Zac Hart; and several very special aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Arthur Pederson, Sara Pederson, Betty Pederson, and Edward Fry.
