Keith Moffat

Of Vassar, age 46, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012. Cremation has taken place. Keith was born May 9, 1966, in Saginaw, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James and Lora (Rosencrants) Moffat. Keith graduated from Vassar High School Class of 1984. He worked for Flint-MetalFab from 1996 until 2011. Keith enjoyed spending time outdoors-fishing, hunting and watching NASCAR. Left to cherish his memory, mother, Lora Moffat; five cousins; Debbie Ripley, Doyle Bills, Greg, Brett and Thomas Rosencrants and many other family members and friends. Keith was preceded in death by his father, James and brother, Todd Moffat, two uncles, Dennis and Tom Rosencrants.
