RICHARDSON, Joseph Dennis Of Mt. Morris, age 67, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009 at Genesys Health Park. The funeral service will take place 3:00pm, Thursday, April 30, 2009 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor Doug Klein will officiate with cremation to follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Then from 4:00pm until 9:00pm. On Wednesday evening, family and friends will gather at the funeral home for an Eagles Memorial Service conducted by the Clio Eagles Aerie # 3609 at 7:00pm. On Thursday the family will receive friends from 2:00pm until time of service at 3:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family or the charity of your choice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Joseph was born June 25, 1941 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis and Mary (Wyckoff) Richardson. He and Alice Ranger were united in marriage November 03, 1962 and were married for 46 years. Together they had one son, Dennis. Joseph graduated from Tawas High School in 1959. Joe worked at General Motors for 30 years before retiring in 1995. He was a member of UAW Local #599 and Clio Eagles Aerie #3609. He enjoyed hunting, fishing with his son, camping, along with his coffee and his cigarettes. Joseph leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Alice, son, Dennis and his wife, Deborah, beloved grandson, Nathan, sister-in-law, Carol, beloved Ranger family, dear nieces, nephews and his up north family.
