John Mcclure

of Vassar, passed away February 27, 2014, at his home, at the age of 61. John was born December 1, 1952, in Detroit, the son of the late William and Frances McClure. He attended Vassar Public Schools. John married Judi Riness in Vassar and she preceded him in death July 11, 2002. John proudly served his country in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam War. He was employed at Super Foods. John enjoyed going to the casino, fishing and riding his Harley. John is survived by his brother, Tom and wife, Janet McClure; step-son, Jaremy Riness; several nieces; and nephews; his good friends, John, Buddy, Ron, Bob and CJ; and his beloved cat, Beans. According to John's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled.
