JACQUELINE P. DALE \ \ Of Mt. Morris age 76 died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Cremation has taken place. \ \ A Memorial Service celebrating her life will take place on Sunday, September 9, 2007 at 2:00 pm at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, Pastor David Mulder officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 noon until time of service. \ \ Memorial donations may be considered to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, envelopes are available at the funeral home.\ \ Jacqueline was born May 21, 1931 in Kingston, Ontario, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold and Una Mae (Warren) Embree. She and Carl Dale were united in marriage in July 1950. She enjoyed bowling, reading, swimming, and scrap-booking. \ \ Jacqueline leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 57 years Carl, 6 children: Catherine Gay, Carla and husband Henry Les, Joyce and husband Paul Salazar, Carl Richard Dale and Laura Yankee, Nancy and husband David Schollhammer, and Barbara and husband Norman Hoydic, 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 sisters Patricia, Betty, and Joann, and special friends, Patricia and Jerry Bell, Rose Shelski, Edward and Joyce Zmuda, Dorothy Tubbs, and Kelly Banks. \ \ She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 granddaughter, 1 brother, and 1 sister.\
