Irene Barnette

IRENE M. BARNETTE\ Age 87 of LeRoy, Michigan, died Saturday August 18, 2007 at her residence. \ \ She was born May 21, 1920 in Belfast Mills, Va. and was a resident of Flint before moving to the Le Roy area in 1973. She was married April 23, 1941 to Marion Barnette who died in 1977. She is survived by her son Sam of Flushing, 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and her sister Hazel Cox of Cedar Bluff, Va. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by one son and five brothers.\ \ Funeral Service will take place 1:00 P.M. Friday August 24, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home, Pastor Doug Klein will officiate with burial in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. \
