Ina Roles

Of Vassar, age 88, died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Fisher Senior Care and Rehab Center. The funeral service will take place 10:00am, Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Martin Funeral Home in Vassar. Pastor Jerry Griggs will officiate with burial to follow in Tuscola Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00am until 8:00pm. Then again on Friday from 9:00am until time of service at 10:00am. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Ina was born October 1, 1920 in Fremont Township, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard and Mabel (Smith) Baxter. She worked at United Plastics for 20 years. Ina leaves to cherish her memory three children, Dawn, Frank and wife Karen, Willard and wife Robin; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Ina was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sandra, two grandsons; Paul and Jason.
