WALKER, Grace "Marion,a \ Age 88, died Monday, October 16, 2006 at the Fostrian Manor in Flushing. A Memorial Service will be held 11:30 am, Thursday, October 19, 2006 at the Mt. Morris First United Methodist Church, Pastor Betty Gamboa officiating. Family will be present to receive friends 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Wednesday at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris and from 10:30 am until the time of the service on Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the First United Methodist Church of Mt. Morris or the Lady Lake United Methodist Church of Lady Lake, FL. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Cremation has taken place. Marion was born September 5, 1918 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Charles Marvin and Carrie Mae (Rockwell) Crawford. She married Charles Delbert Walker on October 19, 1935 in Flint, Michigan. Marion and her husband operated the Mt. Morris Western Auto Store for many years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, birds, volunteered at the Key West Hospital, the hospital at "The Villagesa in Florida, and at Maple Woods Manor in Clio. She traveled with her husband to every state in the United States and also to Europe. She was a member of the Mt. Morris First United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, and a Circle member. Marion was a life member of the Order of Eastern Star and a Past Worthy Matron. She also attended The Lady Lake United Methodist Church in Florida. Marion is survived by her daughter, Alice Grace Hagenow of IL.; 3 grandchildren, Joyce and husband Mark Siwicki of IL., Christy Walker-Hackett and husband John Hackett of Flint, Tim and wife Lisa Walker of Richland, MI.; 9 great grandchildren, Eric, Jennifer, Krista, Adam, Andrew, Grace, Abbie, Amelia, Josiah; daughter-in-law Annette "Anna Walker of Fenton; in-laws, George Walker, Dean Casey, Jean Thompson, James Harold Walker, and Ronald Kutemeier. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Charles D. Walker in 1997; son, James Marvin Walker in 2001; grandson, Charles George Hagenow in 1995; and son-in-law, Harold Glenn Hagenow in 1990.\
