Gorden Rose

Of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Flint, age 51, died Sunday, November 29, 2010 at The University of Tennessee Medical Center. The funeral service will take place, Friday, December 3, 2010 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Memorial contributions may be made to a Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Gorden was born April 20, 1959 in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon and Lillis (Oswald) Rose. Gorden leaves to cherish his memory, three sons; Brian Rose and Eric Martin, Brandon and wife Gina Rose, and Bradley Rose, five grandchildren, Dylan, Emily, Sommer, Connor, and Emree, father, Gordon Rose, sister, Loretta Rose, nephew James, and two step-sons, Roger and Josh. Gorden was preceded in death by his mother Lillis and wife Bonnie.
