Glenn Stearns

Glenn Aaron Stearns\ 1929-2007\ \ Age 77 of Mt. Morris died Wednesday March 28, 2007 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held 11am Monday, April 2, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor Erv Saultman officiating with burial to follow at the Flint Memorial Park. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday, April 1 from 11am until 8 pm and also from 10am on Monday until time of service. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Genesys Hospice. Glenn was born July 19, 1929 in Paragould, Arkansas the son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. & Clara O. (McClain) Stearns. He married Patricia N. Bird October 3, 1959 in Flint and was employed at GM-Ternstead for 49 years where he worked as a pipefitter. Survivors include: His son Brek and wife Kileen Stearns of Clio, his Stepson, Mick McCarty Jr. of Boiling Springs Lakes, North Carolina, four Grandchildren: Kara Ann, Bayli, Lucas, Allen and wife Jessica,\ Great Grandchild Timothy and sister Gloria Hodges. Glenn was preceded in death by wife Patricia, his parents, and his brothers. \
