Gerald Cox

Of Clio, age 59, died Thursday, December 20, 2007 at his home. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place in the spring at Maple Grove Cemetery in Harrison. Gerald was born June 9, 1948 in Flint, the son of Burton and Ethel (Reed) Cox. He worked as a plumber out of local 370. Gerald leaves behind one daughter; Jerilyn Finch and husband Matt and two grandchildren; Nathan, Natalie. Gerald is also survived by his special friend; Donna Dailey, her two children, her grandchildren; Alexis, Allia, Alicia, Chaz, Drew and Brock, who will all greatly miss their Papa. Also left to cherish his memory are his brothers and sisters; Sonny Cox and wife Whanita, Sandy Meek, Kaye, and husband Ron Draper, Bill Cox and wife Debbie, Rick Cox and wife Lori, Randy Cox and wife Mary, Tim Cox, many nieces and nephews and his faithful dog Meeka. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, brother; Robert Cox, nephew; Ryan and brother-in-law Chuck Meek.
