Francis was born in Flint, on August 19, 1954, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan and Ruby (Morgan) Williams. Educated locally, Francis graduated from Otisville High School with the Class of 1972. Francis met the love of his life, Rhoda Bishop and the two have spent 33 wonderful years together. He was a jack of all trades and could do or fix anything. He worked in construction most of his life and he enjoyed spending time outdoors. Fishing and hunting locally were his favorite pastime, but he was pretty good at playing darts as well. Francis enjoyed planting tomatoes and cucumbers as well. His tomato plants were amazing and would run vines all along the outside of the house. Francis also enjoyed traveling and would go all around Michigan to see the Great Lakes, camping along the way. He loved to watch shows about Alaska and he knew everything about Anchorage. He also had a love for all animals. Above all, Francis loved his family and will be greatly missed.

Left to cherish Francis' memory is his significant other of 33 years. Rhoda Bishop; son, Josh Williams and girlfriend, Shelby Crabtree; sister, Judy and husband, Duane Brown; brother, Willie and wife, Tammy Williams; 3 grandchildren; niece and nephew, Rose Brown and Duane D. Brown.

Francis was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jennifer Smith; brother, Roger Williams; nephew, Danny Williams.
