Flora (Schultz) Hammock

Of Burton, age 96, died Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at Brians House Hospice. The funeral service will take place 1:00pm, Saturday, December 19, 2009 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends Friday from 5:00pm until 9:00 and Saturday from 11:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Shriners Hospitals for Children. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Flora was born August 18, 1913 in Brown City, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm and Alpharetta (Pierce) Chisholm. Sally leaves to cherish her memory her children, Ronald and wife, Mary Anne Schultz, Robert and wife, Joyce Schultz, Gary and wife, Cindy Schultz, Carol Sue (Schultz) and husband, Douglas Woodin, Danny and wife, Gloria Schultz; step-son, Joseph and wife, Diane Hammock, Jr.; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; special niece, Kathy Coggins; loving nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Clarence Schultz; husband, Joseph Hammock, Sr.; one brother; two sisters; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
