March 18, 1928 — August 24, 2012

Of Clio, age 84, died Friday, August 24, 2012 at her home. The funeral service will take place 11:00 am, Monday, August 27, 2012 at the Mt. Morris Church of Christ. Mister Jim Watson will officiate with burial to follow in Mt. Morris Cemetery. Evelyn's family will be present to receive friends Sunday August 26, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Martin Funeral, Cremation and Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. On Monday morning, Evelyn will be taken to church to lie in state from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Mt. Morris Church of Christ (Benevolence Program). Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Evelyn was born March 18, 1928 in Mt. Morris the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ertsel and Luella (Smith) Wild. She and Albert Hoschna were united in marriage October 14, 1945 in Flint. She worked at Fostorian Manor in Flushing for 5 years as a nurse's aide. Evelyn loved gardening, especially flowers. She and Al worked on the Benevolence Program assisting needy families and she coordinated the funeral luncheons for their church and Evelyn loved to go camping. Left to cherish her memory are husband, Albert Hoschna; two children James and Sandra and her husband, James Kinnamon.
