HITESHEW, Eva "Maya of Mt. Morris died Friday, March 2, 2007 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, March 6, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, Mr. Vernon Lawrence officiating with burial following in \ Flint Memorial Park. Family will be present to receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of service on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be considered to the Genesys Nurseas Association. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.\ \ May was born March 7, 1926 in Hardy, Arkansas daughter of Mr. & Mrs. B. and Lorene (Tolson) Norris. Eva and Clifford Hiteshew were united in marriage March 7, 1975 in Flint, Michigan.\ Throughout her life, May worked at Hurley Hospital, Turnstedt Coldwater Road, Mattis Oil Company and was an Avon Representative for 21 years. \ May enjoyed reading, cooking, traveling with Cliff and listening to the music of the Big Band Era.\ \ Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 32 years Cliff; daughters, Jean Newland of Swartz Creek, Patsy and husband Ronald Spencer of Flushing; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.\ \ May was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Jason Johnson in 1999; one step brother and one step-sister. \
