Edward Thomas

THOMAS, Edward Francis\ Of Mt. Morris, age 89, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at Maplewood Nursing Home. Edward was born October 3, 1917 in Detroit, the son of Louis and Anna Thomas (Grench). He and Virginia (Sudduth) were united in marriage June 2, 1955 in Covington, Kentucky. Edward was a Veteran of World War II, he also worked as a truck driver for Lincoln Oil Company for 40 years. Left to cherish his memory are his children Michael Thomas of Missouri and Patricia and husband David Easterday of Traverse City, his step-children: Donald R. and wife Earline Smith of Oklahoma, Judi and husband John Beal, Jr. of Mt. Morris, 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Edward was preceded in death by his wife Virginia.\ \
