Earl Jerke

Of Flint, age 71, died Thursday, December 5, 2013 at home. The funeral service will take place 2:00 pm Sunday, December 8, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on Sunday, from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 pm. Earl was born July 13, 1942, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Ruth Jerke. Left to cherish his memory are four children, Gary Jerke, Sherry and husband, Jerry Stanbery, Timothy Jerke and Carol Clemens and Tonya Jerke and Matt Justus; several grandchildren; brothers; sisters; nieces; nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
