David Arneson

Of Prescott, formerly of Flint, age 53, died Thursday, February 2, 2012, at his home. The funeral service will take place, 1:30 pm Monday, February 6, 2012, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt.Morris with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Monday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:30pm. Memorial donations may be directed to a Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. David was born August 27, 1958, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth and Helen (Griffin) Arneson. He and Elizabeth Gwinn were united in marriage April 12, 1986. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and watching TV. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Liz; sister, LuEtta Arneson; nephew, Nicholas and wife, Amber Arneson; sister-in-law, Tracy and husband, Lee Cartmell; nieces Alayna and Jessica Cartmell; father and mother-in-law, Donald "Bob" and Margaret Gwinn; and many aunts, uncles, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, April; and uncle Bill Griffin.
