Of Flint, age 87, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 24, 2008, at McLaren Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Tuesday, January 29, 2008, at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park with Graveside Military Honors conducted by the American Legion Post #158 of Clio. Clarence's family will be present to receive visitors on Sunday from 1:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday from 11:00am to 1:00pm and again from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Wishes of the Family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Clarence was born December 29, 1920 in Bancroft, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leeland and Clara (Woodcock) Wildman. He and Adella Tobias were united in marriage February 1, 1946 in Flint. Clarence retired from GM after 30 years of service. He enjoyed attending church, fishing, reading, traveling, riding motorcycles, car shows and working in his yard. Left to cherish Clarence's memory are his two sons; Michael (Dawn) Wildman of Flint and Jack (Susan)Wildman of Lake Alfred, Florida, grandchildren; Carrie (Jerry) Heffner of Grand Blanc, Toby Wildman of Columbiaville, Grant (Michele) Wildman of Flushing, one great-grandson, Jalen, two sisters; Lorna Walt and Glenna (Paul) Clark, one brother; Bob Wildman and his loving dog; Phoebe. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, loving wife, Adella and one brother, Dallas Wildman.
