Chaye Machir

Chaye A. Machir, age 52, of Springfield died Thursday, March 31, 2016. In accordance with Chaye’s wishes, cremation has taken place. There are no further services scheduled at this time. Chaye was born April 27, 1963, in Bethsada, Maryland, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Daniel and Evonda (McMillen) Machir. Chaye attended Franklin County High School in Virginia. In her free time, Chaye loved spending time with her family and friends, crocheting, riding motorcycles and spending time at the family cabin in Evart, Michigan. Left to cherish her memory, two sons: Dan (Ashlee SaintJames) Machir and Kacy (Chelsea) Machir; two grandsons: Daniel, Jr. and Sidney Machir; parents Daniel and Evonda Machir; and her sister, Cindy (Darren) Lansky and their daughter, Morgan; and many other family members and friends. Chaye was preceded in death by her brother Chris Machir.
