Carol Mayhew

Of Flint, age 64, died Saturday, December 7, 2013, at Ivy's Place. The funeral service will take place 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 12, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Carol's family will be present at the funeral home to receive friends from 12:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm. Carol was born April 21, 1949, in Au Train, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dean and Angela (Corish) Shepley. Left to cherish her memory are, two children, George (Jennifer) Shannon and Tammy (Kevin) Horton; six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; two sisters and several nieces, nephews and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
