Brenda Dominy

Dominy, Brenda Kay age 73, of Davison, died May 5, 2015, at Hurley Medical Center in Flint. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Davison United Methodist Church 207 East 3rd Street Davison, Michigan. Rev. Kevin Miles will officiate. Family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Memorial donations may be directed to the Davison United Methodist Church. Envelopes are available at the church. Brenda was born April 20, 1942, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold and Beatrice (Boyden) McIntyre. She was employed at Hurley Medical Center for 35 years, retiring in 1995. She was a member of the Davison United Methodist Church and Oak Park United Methodist Church. Brenda sang in the choir and was a member of the Eastern Star. She volunteered at Hurley Medical Center after retirement and enjoyed traveling with friends. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rebecca and husband Lawrence Compton; three grandchildren, Aaron, Brandon and wife, Danielle, and Chantelle; sister, Wanda Adams; brother, Harold McIntyre; and several special nieces; nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family would like to thank the Staff of Hurley ICU for the wonderful care given to Brenda.
