June 18, 1946 — February 19, 2014

Age 67, of Mt. Morris died Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at McLaren-Flint. The funeral service will take place 1:00 pm Monday, February 24, 2014, at the Community of Christ Church Pastor Tim Varner and Betty Parcell will officiate with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, from 12:00 noon until 8:00 pm then on Monday at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Community of Christ Church envelopes are available at the funeral home and the church. Barry was born June 18, 1946 in Flint, Michigan. He is the son of Kenneth and Cora (Reimel) Wilcox. He and Martha Ruth Dalton were united in marriage on October 1, 1988 in Burton, Michigan. Barry proudly served in the United States Army and the Army Reserves for 21 years. He worked as a custodian for Flint Schools until he retired. In his free time he enjoyed watching college football, reading, watching movies, working in the yard and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Martha; brother, Larry and wife, Martha Wilcox; sister, Jean Boyle; nieces, Melody and Sherry; nephews, David and Michael; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary.
