Allyson Ramiller

Of Mt. Morris, age 24, died after a courageous battle with cancer Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Maple Woods Manor. The funeral service will take place 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Rev. Dr. Mary Lloyd will officiate with burial to follow in Mt. Morris Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, from 11:00 am until time of service at 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. 

Allyson was born August 11, 1989, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Julie (Hornung) Ramiller. She was an outgoing and friendly young woman, who touched many lives. Allyson was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching hockey, football, and baseball. 

Left to cherish her memory are parents, Frank and Julie; two brothers, Daniel and wife, Jenna and Shane and fiancee, Ashleigh; three nieces, Kelli, Klare and Kenzie; grandmother, June Hornung and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Francis and Kathleen Ramiller; grandfather, Fred Hornung; and uncle, Dan Ramiller. 

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Staff of Maplewoods Manor and the numerous family members and friends who have shown their love and support during this difficult time.
