Age 63, of Flint, passed away on May 22, 2022, at Hurley Medical Center. A memorial service will take place 5:00 pm, Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mount Morris. Adam’s family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 5:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be placed on Adam’s tribute wall on martinfuneralhome.com. Adam was born on July 12, 1958, in Flint, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilberto and Esperanza (Salazar) Muñoz. He graduated From Central High School with the class of 1979. He was always the life of the party and wanted everyone to have a good time. Adam’s motto was to “Work hard, Play Harder.” He is lovingly remembered as a ladies’ man. Adam was a well-known boxer in Flint, played guitar, and was an excellent dancer. He was very proud of his Mexican heritage and loved to listen to Mexican music, with Selena and Santana being some of his favorite artists. He also enjoyed attending Mexican festivals when they came to Flint. Adam was a prankster, and a favorite trick was sharing Mexican candy with his children, which often contained chili powder. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Anastasia, Angelique, and Anthony; grandchildren: Ethan, Aaron, Cole, Brent, Vanessa, Aniyah, Victoria, Alexander, Autumn, and Karter; siblings: Edwardo, Gilberto, Rudy, Linda, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. He will also be missed by special friends, Victor and Debbie Reyna. Adam is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Esther, brothers: Dan, Mike, Ricky, Robby, and twin brother, Andrew.
